If you have urgent eye problems, telephone St Helier Emergency Eye Service on 020 8296 3817, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm.  A member of our Emergency Eye Service will assess the urgency of the condition.

Community Urgent Eyecare Service (CUES)

There also a community urgent eye care service that has been set up to deal with the majority of eye complaints. You can choose and contact an optical practice directly to make an appointment. This is called self-referral. Find a local optical practice that offers Urgent Eyecare Service appointments. You should contact your chosen optical practice by telephone and ask for an urgent eyecare service appointment. Please do not visit the practice without first booking an appointment.
