Influential artist Anish Kapoor returns to the Hayward Gallery.
Most widely known for the Orbit sculpture at the Olympic Park, his latest exhibition fills the entire gallery building with a series of immersive works, against the gallery walls and floors and descending from the ceiling.
This exhibition also displays his steel mirror sculptures that warp, distort and disorient, mysterious objects coated in Vantablack – the blackest known substance in the world.
We will be visiting the relaxed session on Tuesday 22 September. This offers fewer visitors, talks and spaces to sit.
The meet will be at Sutton Station at 10am, with attendees travelling by trains and a short walk to the Centre.
If you would be interested in attending, please contact Vicky by email or call 020 8409 7166.
